Calendar
Entries, task due dates, bill due dates, followed calendars and sharing the calendar.
Updated 6 November 2026
The Calendar combines the domain's entries, task due dates, bill due dates, expiring items and followed calendars. Switch between Month and Week, and use Shown to hide some of them.

Entries #
New entry: title, start and end (or All day), place, description and colour. Repeat makes it recurring; changes then apply to every occurrence.
Followed calendars #
Calendars and sharing → Followed calendars shows other calendars in Ohjuri, such as a Google calendar, a school or hobby calendar or waste collection days. Add the calendar's address (.ics, https:// or webcal://). It refreshes every few hours.
In Google Calendar the address is under: Settings → the calendar's settings → Secret address in iCal format.
Sharing the calendar #
Share calendar creates a secret address you can subscribe to in your phone's calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook. You can have several shares with different contents (e.g. for family and for a cleaner). A share only shows what you are allowed to see.
- iPhone: Settings → Calendar → Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar.
- Google Calendar (in a browser): Other calendars → + → From URL.
- Outlook: Add calendar → Subscribe from web.
Anyone with the address can see the shared data without signing in. If the address leaks, choose Create new address: the old one stops working.
