Printing and labels
Item and location labels, shopping list, stocktaking, reports and custom label templates.

Print prints labels, lists and reports on paper or as PDF. The preview updates as you choose.
Labels #
- Item labels: name, QR code or barcode and chosen details (e.g. location, stock or best-before date). Many items at once.
- Location and box labels: a label for a shelf, cupboard or box, optionally with a contents list.
Choose a label template (label sheet or label printer). If part of a sheet is used, click the label in the preview where printing should start.
In the print dialog, set the scale to 100 % and margins to "None". If labels are misaligned, shift the content under Printer calibration; the setting is remembered on the device.
Lists #
- Shopping list with tick boxes, grouped by shop
- Inventory list and stocktaking with a counting column
- Expiring items by date
- Task list by due date and priority
Reports #
- Item details: details, attributes, stock, batches and stock history
- Monthly finance report: income, expenses, budgets and unpaid bills
- Loan repayment plan
Custom label templates #
Label templates and custom sheets has ready templates for common label sheets and label printers. If yours isn't listed, create one: page size, label size, columns and rows, margins and gaps.
