Language, theme and the order of your own sidebar.

Your settings are under My account → Settings.
My menu #
Hide sidebar items you don't use and reorder the rest with the arrows. Hidden items can still be found with search (Ctrl + K). Reset to default restores the original order.
The menu only shows items you have permission for in each domain. If something is missing, it's usually permissions or the app isn't installed in the domain; see Domains and members and Apps.
Language and theme #
Change the language in your settings. Switch between light and dark theme with the button at the bottom of the sidebar.
